I called 2 weeks in advance to make an appointment and the lady on the phone seemed a bit confused. I made an appointment for Friday in the afternoon and I asked if I would get a confirmation email or message and the lady just said to leave a phone number so they could call if anything. Fast-forward to the day of my appointment, I leave work early and get there and the office is closed and no one answers the phone. I never got a phone call or anything, drove very out of my way and took time off work just for them to not even give me a call. Super unprofessional and unorganized. Would not recommend. Follow Up Reply: I am not sure which customer you have me confused with, as it seems this happens often, but I only spoke with your receptionist ONE time on the phone to make the initial appointment. I scheduled it for 7pm as this was the latest I was told I could be seen. I even asked for a confirmation email or message and was told to leave a phone number instead and that I would be called if anything changed. I never received any phone call and the place was closed when I showed up for my appointment.

I called this location and asked if there was a doctor or esthetician on site and the lady stumbled over her words and lied about who I was calling and even told me a fake number when it was clear on my caller ID that I was calling the right location. This to me is a red flag.
