Ian was so great! He listened to where I described the pain and gave an incredible 90 min massage. He really takes his time and even incorporated some stretching for me.

I absolutely recommend Ian as a massage therapist. He has what I call "listening hands" to assess areas of tension. I've been going regularly for the last few months to manage overall stress and problem areas (especially old appendectomy scar tissue and shoulder pain/range of motion). He uses myofascial release techniques that can be very gentle but effective. He's also friendly and easy to talk to. The location is pretty unremarkable and sometimes the small parking lot for the building is full but there's street parking nearby. My only regret is that I wasted my time and money on much worse massages elsewhere before finding Ian.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Its so hard to find a massage therapist that works with a body that has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Fibromyalgiabut now I wont go anywhere else. Highly recommended if you have chronic pain!!

Totally recommend Ian! I had a very sharp pain in my hips and my upper back and after 90min massage I left feeling incredible well. Literally no pain at all, I asked for deep pressure and Ian performed really well with the intensity. Everything was really good. I do want to come back!
