        receiving money through moneygram, $500. 6 people in line before me DROPPING cash, i could see the blue $100s. My turn comes the lady goes no money then call the gentleman to give me an excuse i havent heard in 15 years doing this at other places. I wont say racist, too easy, but I have my doubts as i anticipated this reaction. Not my first bad experience there. Dont advertise moneygram if you just want to get cash in.

        Nasty attitude from this young male attendant no greetings no customer service skills. He rudely asked for my ID by pointing a finger. Also not understanding why my NY driver license was not accepted as an ID here, while two blocks down in another MoneyGram location. I was able to use my NYS ID without any issue.
