My delivery driver, Dequan S., was very professional, helpful and considerate of the property. He was able to execute the instructions provided and set up the PODS unit without any difficulty. He showed me the inside of the storage unit to insure it is what I wanted and helped me understand what I needed to do for pickup. Im happy with the service that I received today.

Pod top had a clear crack or hole that allowed water to seep through. No flood just rain and the entire middle section of my pod was soaked. Pod said they do not cover water damage although they promote a weatherproof unit. My advice is if you have not checked the weather and are able to immediately unpack your items do so because if one day it decides to rain your entire storage unit can be damaged and they will not pay for it. Yes this is after reaching out to pods advocacy department. Very awful experience! I had videos and pictures from days after it rained and water was still pouring out of the top of our unit. Over 5K worth of damages that pod did NOT pay!
