When I went with my son they took me to the backroom to pick a pair or glasses for my son. Left ALONE I picked a pair I liked and took it to the front where the older lady with short sandy blonde hair and glasses proceeded to humiliate and speak to me in a very degrading way telling Me those arent even for his size but if these are the ones you want then so be it theyll just always fall off. I felt very embarrassed and havent returned since. Im a very shy person and the fact that she spoke that like in front of my 7 yr old and my partner (wife) extremely rude ! Please take your money elsewhere especially if you are of color ! Im just tired of being quiet with establishments like this and I have NEVER written a review but felt the need to here. My sons name is Sergio Almanzar if you want to check your database for patience reference and yes this happened last year but now I feel like i need to be honest with things that have happened to me like this. Also the doctor barely spoke a word no manners no nothing . Never have I been so disappointed to have my autistic son treated this way. Hope karma comes back to you Doctor

My husband, daughter and I all went here, customer service was terrible. We were not greeted upon arrival, the doctor seemed like he was having a bad day. The doctor was very short with us and my daughter. He did not explain the test before he done it, he had NO bedside matters at all. I will not return this is office at all and I def would not recommend it.

The customer service at Eyecare Center of Maryland is simply awful. I was told my glasses would be ready within 2-3 weeks, when I called to check on the status; they hadnt even processed my paperwork. In addition, they said they would follow up by the 3rd week but they never did. Today when I called I was given plenty of inaccurate information, which led me to hang up and call back because I was running out of patience. Once I called back, I was told that the glasses were in their office. They never notified me. I went to pick up my glasses and the receptionist had a terrible attitude: she was argumentative and rude. After that conversation, I calmly said that I wont be coming back because of discrepancies and terrible service and the receptionist proceeded to say oh thats perfectly fine. I am extremely disappointed in the way Ive been treated at that place.
