        I come here for all my international shipping and they have the best customer service ever, they are so sweet and welcoming !

        We overnight mailed my sister’s wallet back to her and the envelope arrived COMPLETELY empty. I went in to ask for a manager and he only answered his phone after I refused to leave. He claims to have footage proving he correctly mailed the contents, but refuses to show it to me or speak to me directly. He said the earliest he will come in to address this is Monday (it’s Friday right now). There was a major discrepancy in the weight of the package when he weighed it there to when FedEx picked it up as well. I am filing a report with the Hyattsville PD since management here clearly doesn’t have any interest in explaining this theft.
