Hutchison Properties Consulting sent me an unsolicited letter asking to purchase recreational land five states away. I find this offensive as we will absolutely not be selling for any price, have made extensive improvements to the property that Hutchison is seemingly unaware of, and the price they offered is far below bottom dollar market value. We absolutely will not be selling for any price; even for landowners who are considering it, Hutchison appears to be a shady establishment and a poor choice. It leaves me wondering whether they are crossing legal and ethical boundaries with their solicitations and methodology.

They claim they want too buy your land. What they actually do is try to keep an open contract to buy while they attempt to market your land. If they can not get a buyer , they break/ let the contract run out.
