I was pleasantly pleased with the way D&V process my storm damaged roof and siding insurance claim. The staff was extremely patient and persistent while being understanding and consistent.

the company was very easy to deal with and Steven was able to walk through everything with me and my insurance company. they were able to get my roof done and also repair the interior where the ceiling was starting to fall down. i would definitely use them again.

The office staff are somewhat difficult to deal with and made several mistakes during the process but the crew manager and his crew were excellent , kept the project focused, and honestly, I could not find a reason the day after the roof was replaced to flunk them not even a single stray nail in the yard The roof crew and manager were top notch and made the entire experience bearable and I cant say enough good things about the crew that replaced my roof.
