Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE . I came in for a interview today . Its RAINING really bad . I was 6 min late and was told that the manager isnt Available and to go home no further follow up no explanation . Two seconds later the manager walks out the back and walks right pass me . My time was wasted. I understand that I was late but a grace period should be in affect for things like this . 4 of those 6 min I was trying to find the store due to it not being any signs available nor is the store on the mall directory. I wasnt given a chance

My first time there and the nice lady with pretty nails helped me out with some blue chucks Taylors/. The second time back some black guy on the morning shift was quite rude like he didnt want to help me

Went in to exchange something and asked a girl about the exchange policy and showed her the shoes I wanted to exchange. She said they were beat. I told her someone told me other information and she didnt say anything and said I couldnt exchange them. Thats cool , but she didnt have to be rude about it. Was just asking questions.
