I could not be more disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism that was shown to me by this office.
At the request of this office, I agreed to reschedule my appointment to a later date to accommodate them. When I arrived on time for my revised appointment, I was directed to wait to be called. After waiting quietly for 30 minutes, one of the tax preparers finally came forward, and a gentleman with an appointment time half an hour before mine (i.e. he had already been waiting an hour) was called. After waiting an additional fifteen minutes (now 45 minutes total waiting time), I asked what was taking so long -- trying to get an idea of whether or not I would be called shortly. The receptionist confirmed that she had absolutely no idea when I would be called. No estimate of my additional waiting time was offered, nor was any apology voluntarily proffered by any of the people working there to demonstrate even a modicum of appreciation for my patience.
I remain puzled as to why no apology was offered voluntarily... And I feel strongly that I was not shown any respect for my time. Be advised that making a tax appointment in advance at this office does not by any means guarantee that you will be seen at or near the time of your appointment...a fact confirmed by the receptionist.
In other words, be prepared to wait a significant amount of time before actually beginning your return, and you be wise not to expect an apology to acknowledge how long you have had to wait because this office simply does not respect your time or schedule.

Urika and her team were able to navigate my return with expeditious excellence. I couldn't possibly be happier with the service I received especially re: capital gains and other investment-related tax reporting and deductions.
