I had a pretty seamless experience dealing with this company. Though it did take awhile to answer the phone, when I did get someone, she was extremely helpful. I was calm and patient with her and, in turn, she was the same way with me. There was some paperwork she needed to validate and have approved by a manager. It took a few hours but once it was done, they allowed me to pick up my car on a Friday without an appointment. They were adamant they did not want to keep my car when I'd already paid to get it back the night before. I went to the wrong location but someone was right there at the correct location waiting on me when I arrived. The car was in perfect condition and had not been tampered with at all. Tow companies get a bad rap. And I've dealt with several as an HOA president. These guys were really helpful and just plain nice. But you also get what you give.

i had an appointment to pick up my vehicle ...no one answered the phone but a tow guy came and took me to my car was he was very helpful . Why 4 starts because i been calling all morning and got no answer but was accommodate with a ride to the correct location my vehicle was towed at.
