I bought my car at Toyota capital plaza, my staff is very friendly, especially my salesman Mr Raphael, He helped me a lot in my choice and took all his time to explain all the details to me, I am really satisfied

Kemi Akinsanya the finance manager that did my paperwork was awesome, extremely patient, has a great product knowledge, she smiles alot. I almost walked away but she thought me a lot, explained the benefits of all the products, benefits of gas savings of a hybrid.
She's just amazing.
Idris is so good too. This is my 3rd vehicle from him. Very patient too.
I had a nice combination of sales and finances personel today.

This is why I drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to Passport Toyota instead..
I had a quick question to ask a mechanic (or anyone with expertise) that took less than 60 seconds to answer. I walked in asking if I could borrow 60 seconds of someone's time and was told 'no' by somebody who had no interest in being friendly.
Passport Toyota, on the other hand, had somebody who got right to it and answered my easy question within a minute after I arrived, with a smile on his face. The service department area is also well lit and clean and comfortable there, compared to Capital Plaza's.
I'm sure (I hope) the mechanics here are good, but I sure did not feel like a valued Toyota customer and will continue driving out of my way to Passport Toyota instead.
I already contacted Toyotas US corporate office to commend Passport Toyota, and suggested using that location as a model for other Toyota dealerships like this one.
