I was in a bind to hire cleaners last minute for a deep move out clean on a Saturday. The timeline was tight as we were moving out Friday and the new owners moving in Saturday afternoon. Bluebird worked with me on timing, and made sure they were able to take care of my needs, even though I was so late in asking. They were professional, courteous, and left the house in incredible condition! I highly recommend.

I received an estimate in writing from Xio after she had been to my house and performed an initial cleaning. The estimate was for $139. The day before the cleaning I tried to confirm the price and she stated she did not know the price as it would be charged hourly. I said please refer to the estimate you sent in writing, this is not an unlimited cleaning to charge what you like. She said she did not know how long it would take, even though she had already cleaned my house before and had walked through the house herself. I am trying to care for elderly parents who cannot clean for themselves and are on a fixed income, I dont need scams like this and an owner who cant keep her word after providing a price in writing. $70/hr for cleaning is expensive to begin with to not have quality service.
