I am newer to yoga.  What a wonderful, warm, accepting place to learn.  If I lived closer, I would continue to go to the classes offered here.  In a world that seems angry lately, it was nice to go to a place full of welcome and kindness.  I learned something good for me too.

YogiSmile Yoga & Wellness Center is a great environment in which to grow and improve your practice, regardless of your skill and experience. The instructors are great with beginners and students of all levels practice together and support each other. I look forward to each class and enjoy being part of this community.

I always wanted to join a yoga class, and now that I finally have, I'm so glad I found YogiSmile. Kay is a wonderful instructor. She is super patient, welcoming, allows you to go at your own pace and super encouraging. If you are new to yoga or wanting to find a new yoga home, I definitely recommend joining YogiSmile! The location is also super convenient and the studio is very open and calming.

I was in town for a few days and went to the studio for a yin yoga class. The process of registering online was so easy and the staff was warm and welcoming as soon as I came in. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town and look forward to practicing yin yoga in the future. Thanks Marlene!

I recently completed the 5-week Beginners Yoga and I have to say, I'm so glad I came to YogiSmile. If it wasn't for my cousin, I wouldn't have known about this place and I'm so grateful she put me on! When I walked into the studio, it felt so peaceful and calm. It's also very clean! Kay is an amazing instructor. She is so welcoming and so sweet. I love that she talks you through the poses and will ask if you're doing/feeling okay in between. She will also show alternate versions of these poses for the level you feel most comfortable with. Through it all she does it with calmness, patience, and a smile on her face. I've already recommended them to my colleagues. YogiSmile is the best place to start your yoga journey :)
