Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Awful experience. They overbook cars and have no problem telling you that the car is unavailable when you arrive. Ashley threatened to call the cops on my husband who did nothing except plead with them that they give him a vehicle since he had already made a reservation online. There were several vehicles available in the parking lot and another vehicle returned while he was inside the facility. If I could give zero stars I would. Ashley treated him with completely unprofessional behavior by threatening to call the cops without reason. We will be calling whoever possible to make sure this situation is handled.

I have had to use the Lexington Park, MD Enterprise Rental 2 times in the last year. I have mostly dealt with the manager Bobby, and he is great! He has wonderful customer service and really does well at making the atmosphere calm when there is so much going on.

My husband needed a car for a work trip. He arrived this morning and the car they gave him (a Nissan Altima) had significant damage to the entire vehicle. The gas tank had less than a quarter of a tank. My husband informed them he was driving a good distance with the car today, and the person at the counter said, "well, we don't have anyone doing fuel right now." He had to leave the rental building and fill the car up right away. The damage is not concerning, I know that people beat up rentals. What is concerning is we're being charged for a car to not be returned with a full tank, and not even given a full tank at pickup.
