        Horrendously understaffed. Badging line regularly exceeds 15 people, with a 5+ minute processing time per person. Expect to spend an hour here at the very least. The desk has enough windows to handle multiple people at a time, yet I have only ever seen one window in use. Furthermore, the overall cadence of the badging process is chaotic and subject to major, arbitrary changes, making processing even more frustrating and inconsistent between visits.
