The hotel is spotless clean and the staff very professional! The rooms are roomy and classic! My first time here with my kids, and we had a great experience. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from BWI Airport. In my case, the tv didn't work, and you can hear clearly neighbors talk at any time during the night. Bed pillows were terrible, and the bed was okay. It's a great place for business trips or a quick stop. Also worth mentioning, the fan is really loud and is on during the whole stay. Staff is extremely helpful and always available. There is also a mini room where you can purchase chips, bottled refreshments, and sweets. Nearby activities: Arundel Mills Mall and Hiking locations.

Just checked in, the tub has someone's left over soap sitting in the drain, I thought it was a piece of rubber or something but was disgusted that I touched someone's soap. Rug in room is dirty and there's trash on the floor and pieces of trash on bathroom floor as well. My husband booked this hotel. He's fired. So I just read another review that said soap was left in the drain with pube hair on it. So is this like a thing with this hotel. Are the hotel workers doing this intentionally? What in the world. And what's up with the fuzzy TV. So bad

Overall nice hotel. very clean rooms, great breakfast selection, and super nice staff. Convenient location with everything that you would need within walking distance. Will definitely be staying again.
