Very sweet guy allowed me to use the employee restroom after I was traveling back home to VA for work. Ive had to make frequent stops due to my job at public gas stations throughout the years and you would be surprised how many male workers blatantly refused me access to restrooms after traveling for hours to find an establishment that was open. I work in the restaurant industry so I understand protocol and not wanting questionable people messing up your properties but there is a time and place to make a judgment. I didnt get the gentlemans name (mid 20s Hispanic young male with longish black hair), but if the corporate 7Eleven sees this comment I hope they praise him and use him as an example for all of there locations.

I brought a juice, it was spoiled, bad smell the date says March 27,2024,I took it back talked to the manager,she said she will exchange it this time but if I buy anything out of her store in the future that's bad she will not give me a refund, and if I don't like shopping at her store stop coming to her store, I made a complaint with 7-11 headquarters about the drinks being bad,they said they will check it out but every 7-11 that I go in has the same drink with that date,some of them are good so beware the drink is WATERMELON 23.9 OZ 7-11 BRAND
