Phil was very detailed in his review of the home. He also talked us through the report and what he saw in the home. He gave us an opportunity to ask questions and offered some recommendations for communicating with the builder, as we are currently building our new construction home. We will definitely be using Phil for our pre settlement inspection. 10/10 would recommend.

Philip is a top notch professional who is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him. I'm a very detailed oriented veteran of the U.S. military, and Philip's inspections bring back memories of the excellence demanded of brave men and women via inspected quarters and uniforms by superiors with sharp eyes for details. Inspections keep people honest, and Philip's inspections would fit right in at any bootcamp. An inspection is only as good as the inspector, and Philip is among the best I have seen.

Phil is awesome and very professional in explaining how inspection will work. He is really good at identifying the defects/patches on the property. With the help of Phil, I came to know upfront on some of the things which I would never have heared from the builder. Phil gave us a good insight and made us feel confident on our new house purchase.
