I worked with Bill over the course of about 2 years while I was looking for my home. I put offers in on 3 properties in three different states and Bill was always patient and willing to help me out. Bill Gellatly was great, He helped us with every aspect of our home purchase, he communicated very well and instantly answered all of my questions. There were a few times, i was constantly calling him with all kinds of questions and he never once treated me like I was bothering him he said anytime I had a question to give him a call. Bill is a joy to work with and I know If I ever have any questions or ever think about buying a vacation home or more land. I know the person to call.
