The lady at the front beak is always busy I left my dog for 13 days we went away I always have them groom my dog I leave instructions to shave him!!! when I went to pick him up they trimmed his hair he looked the same. The groomer wasnt in so the next day I brought the dog and she shaved him and they wanted to charge me $80 when the previous day I already paid 100 and the groomer was yelling at me, and she was probably one of the rudest girls Ive ever seen. Its a shame that you want to treat your customers like that. My husband called and talk to the lady at the front desk. She said dont worry you dont have to pay were sorry the groomer was acting like that! The next day, the lady at the front desk called me up and told me that I needed to pay !!! what Im gonna pay twice to get my dog groomed when they dont know how to read instructions, and the groomer was so rude. .

Belquest always takes great care of my pup after having housed him here several times while I was away on business. Not only are they kind, courteous, and flexible, but they also offer a multitude of services that make boarding convenient (such as grooming!) Add to this the lovely open area which the property is located and you have a perfect place for your furry friends. I trust the staff here to always have Vasil leaving refreshed and happy as can be while I am away. Very glad to have found them.
