As a mount airy resident, we've been eating (carryout) at J&Ps for decades, but over the last few years the attention to making the orders correctly has gone way down hill.
My go-to is a HOT ham'n cheese. 50% of the time it's just a regular cold ham'n cheese. It's so frequent, that I always ask at the end, "you got that it's hot, right?". They say, yes, but... Seems petty, but it's so frequent.
Tonight I ordered a Leave It To Us sub (which I got because I didn't want to risk another cold ham'n cheese),... I was given a cheeseburger sub. Not even close. I note that the server didn't repeat the order and I didn't ask, my bust. I wish this were just an infrequent occurrence, but it's a source of continued frustration, as we used to get carryout from there once a week. FRANK!!!! We appreciate you, but it's gotten too frustrating.
More frustrating is that I leave a tip only to find that the order(S) is wrong.
Lesson to those looking to get carryout from here. Order online and check your order before you leave.
