Professional, responsive, honest. Vince came to evaluate some issues we were having with our tankless water heater and water softener system. He took his time explaining how the systems work and why we were having such issues with them. His knowledge in the trade and care for excellent customer service were evident. I asked for a detailed quote, which he sent immediately following the appointment. Patrick, the owner, and Kris were absolutely wonderful to work with as well! I HIGHLY recommend Reed and Son Services.

Sorry to say my most recent experience was less than wonderful. Have used Reed and Son several times previously and always been satisfied. Had a bathroom faucet replaced along with the feed lines. The plumber doing the work was obviously in training and was instructed each step of the way by the senior plumber. Was billed $661 and was told that included a senior citizen discount. The job took two hours. Looking at the invoice there was no price listed for any item. Just a total of items used and a total price of $661. I realize plumbers need to be paid for their knowledge and skill, but I can't help feeling $661 is awful pricey to replace a faucet.
