Randy's Tree & Stump Removal

I had a tornado come through my yard. I called Randy in the evening and he was there that evening to give a quote and was there early the next day. Made quick work of the destruction, clearing my driveway and hauling away debris. I thought it was a great value given the circumstances. He even delivered the wood chips to my parents nearby. This was a five star experience. Getting him back to complete the stump grinding was really challenging. I had to call frequently. He would commit and then not follow through. Various excuses. This was a two star experience because he offered to make it up to me later with some reduced price work, which he did in one instance. Later, I asked him to come back, quote some other work, and connect me with his arborist. He never gave the quote and the arborist never came. This was a 1 star experience and why I wont be calling him again.

It shares location with Hawkins Erosion, which is where I delivered. Rural farm site, but access was easy. Can't review Randy's, but the staff at Hawkins Erosion were great.

Randy was the third of three services who quoted us a price. He quoted us the best price (including a veterans discount) and told us he would start the work as soon as weather permitted. This was almost two months ago. He has never shown nor does he return my wifes emails/calls. Luckily we we never gave any money up front and are just going to have to go through the process of bidding the job again. Just a disappointment all around.
