Best physical therapy sessions I ever had (and I've had a few). Dr Ben Hefner and his team did a thorough assessment upfront and adapted the program as I improved. They continually assessed and listened to my feedback to adjust workouts or direction. Highly recommend them - and they're a nice motivating group too!

After 2 hip surgeries and 7 years of PT, I finally found R2P. R2P's programming truly transformed my life! I am now completely pain free, and back to racing triathlon. The therapists balance mobility with strength and power training, which pushed me to the next level. Great home programming in between appointments. I can't thank my DPT enough - R2P has given me freedom again, and truly given me my athleticism back!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for athletes and military/veterans.

I highly recommend Rehab 2 Perform! I had an ankle injury that kept me out of running for months. I was unable to return to running without pain and swelling. Dr. Eric Chau worked with me for several months to rehab my ankle. He was amazing to work with and a very talented care provider. He got me back to running distance with no pain and feeling stronger than I did before the injury.

They said they could help with a stubborn muscle knot but this business is for PT. I actually think the recommended exercises were premature and therefore harmful, not to mention not solving the problem. One of the PTs, Josh, can be rude and combative. When I asked why they double-booked for the same time, well, he didn't like that. Technically, they overlap appointments. Same man who I believe was at the local farmer's market way back when and was abrupt if not snobby then. Last but not least, Josh recommended on an eight to 10-visit plan likely better suited for a crash survivor. He acted like he was doing me a favor saying he "usually suggests more visits". I solved problem on my own with tennis-ball pressure technique. Press until painful, hold (!), release. Floor-to-ceiling windows afford view of parking lot. One or all bathrooms are in the hallway.
