        Went to get vday balloons and the manager says he wont know if he can put them up until Monday. The store is always unorganized and in disarray. People have things to do during the week and can only get things down on the weekend and he wants to wait to allow Valentine day balloon purchases even if this is upper managements decision, its poor.Laurel store is much more organized and already have balloons for purchase out
