Ridge Gardens Apartments

Wow these apartments supposed to be ok but I apply on a Sunday and get denied really whats really open on Sunday my credit has to many delinquents and only got 2 things on my credit 60 dollars Applications fee wow what a real rip off then you call the lady in the office and she knows nothing what a joke

Ive been in my apartment for almost a year now and I had to update my review. I have to take away one star because I can always hear the person above me walking at all hours of the day and night. Thankfully it sounds like its only one person up there and all I hear is the creaking and squeaking of them walking, but it is still annoying. This is my first apartment and I have had an amazing experience. Robin S. has been informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Whoever answers when I call the leasing office is pleasant and follows up. My apartment is modern, spacious, its been quiet, and maintenance responds quickly. The location is close to everything. Ive been here a month and have really enjoyed it. So far so good!

As a fairly new tenant that just moved into my apartment several months ago, I am extremely impressed and thankful for everyone at Ridge Gardens from the leasing center staff,maintenance staff, among others that make living here such a pleasant experience.....from day one, the leasing staff have been very helpful.......I've had few maintenance issues that have always been addressed promptly. Its nice to see a company that values their residents! Looking forward to making this my home for many years to come!

Ive been here for a year now and so far so good. When I have a problem (hasnt been many) maintenance come and fix it asap. I pick a great place for me and child. Thank you Robin for all your assistance in getting me in here. Thank you!!!!
