        First time there for a short pull and cleaning. Great Job, they were standing at the lift when I arrived, they knocked it out in no time. My neighbor has used them for years, I see why.

        Your review was supposed to say doesn't respond to online inquiries. I do realize that you just now responded. However, you didn't respond to my inquiry until after you seen I left a bad review. I don't understand why you wouldn't be able to "create a formal estimate" without seeing the boat. I asked how much you would charge, parts and labor, to remove my lower unit and install a new one with a propeller. I gave you the engine model number and told you what boat its installed on. Should be a simple estimate but apparently your too greedy and want to see my boat so you can over sell me.
