Westchester Rockville Station Apartments

They should be ashamed of themselves for charging guests for parking. How does the ridiculous rent not cover this? Shameful theft, Id be embarrassed to charge residents for their guests. What else do you expect from property people though, the actual sludge of society

Love it here. Very cozy. Very clean. Friendly staff. I feel very safe. But what makes me love living here even more is the amazing service team. Both Ibrahim and Boris are always fast at responding to our maintenance needs and provide wonderful customer service. With me having a disability it is sometimes hard to do things around the house and Ibrahim willingly came into my apartment to clean the mold off of my balcony doors and even sealed the open spaces closed in ADDITION to fixing my AC, which is what he originally came for. I did not have to ask him to do it, but I was so appreciative of the help. Boris has responded very quickly to emergency calls during off hours. There has been times he had rearranged his work schedule to come at other times and has been very understanding. There was an instance when the paramedics were in my home while he was fixing our doors, and managed to still do the job despite my toddler running wild and paramedics transporting me out into the ambulance. When he saw me a couple days later he asked me how I was doing, and that meant a lot. Hristina and Sandee have both been amazing at helping us during tough times and working to get our needs met. I cant tell you how many times Ive had to email Sandee or Hristina about issues and theyve been very quick to take care of things. I even got my mother to move in this building and she loves it. Overall, Im very happy living here at Westchester and there is no other place I would rather be than here.
