        Here is why I am giving this place 5 and all the Pros : Great, warm, friendly neighbors , safe area, close to the metro ( walking distance, 4-5 blocks) and really quite place. Close to beautiful parks, stores & Rockville Post Office. If you are looking for a budget friendly, modest, convenient location, this is it. And parking is great- lots of space! Bus stop across the street. No bugs or rats! Maintenance is on point and works in timely manner. Cons: shared laundry room. No modern amenities ( but decent kitchen). Carpeted apartments. We lived there 3 years ago ( for 3 years) but have such fond memories living there!
