        We had the pleasure of having Micaela Iphys be our tour guide (2bd). Weve done lots of apartment tours around the local area and she is hands down the best. She was lovely, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. The apartment complex was also modern and welcoming. Were anxiously on the waitlist to be able to sign a contract!

        Camden Fallsgrove is a wonderful community. We are current Camden residents at Camden College Park and were considering a move to this community. We looked at a few units and loved each one. Micaela was our leasing agent with Fallsgrove, she was amazing. Not only did they answer all questions we had but responded quickly and exactly when she said she would. If you are considering this community you will not be disappointed!

        Realllyyyyy bad management. Just dont sound human when u try to talk to them/have no empathy. Tried asking for compassion, but got another robotic response. I wouldnt move here honestly bc every other apartment Ive lived at, Ive only left positive reviews. If u have any issues that cost them money, good luck getting it fixed. Also really unusual policies like calling ur doctor if you have an esa.

        Micaela Iphys the leasing agent was one of the main reasons we decided to apply for Camden shady Grove. We watched as she was always willing to stop whatever she was doing to help the current residents. The residents seemed to love her Because they knew once they spoke to her she would take care of whatever they needed. From her warm hello we were ready to tour and fill out an application. She listened to our needs and was honest and upfront with the pricing and the amenities. we just loved her personality and how she cared for others. Cant wait to become part of the family.
