She stayed on the line when I needed extra help and then sent me an email with all the information. The email as a reference was extremely helpful. Such customer service is rare these days and greatly appreciated.

She was extremely knowledgeable and completely professional. She patiently walked me through the steps I needed to take to correct the error.
