Cannot possibly give high enough praise to PTs Catherine and Kristin at this location and ALL of the support staff in the office: Brandee, Ellen & Gracie in particular. They have done an amazing job of creating a warm, welcoming AND FUN(!) atmosphere while getting the very hard work of PT done! I've entrusted the physical therapy care of my tween to both Catherine and Kristin and they are both fantastic. I recommend them both to anyone I know in need of a PT!

This place is amazing. Brandi, Ellen, Amber, Grace, Catherine, Kirsten, and Emily are all great. I have had the pleasure of working with all three therapist (Catherine, Kirsten, and Emily), and they have showed me nothing but hard work, dedication, and kindness. They are all experts as PTs and have helped me make amazing progress. Additionally, the team has been very accommodating with trying to match my needs as well. In particular, Catherine and Kirsten worked really hard to come up with good at-home workouts to help me make more progress and give me what was necessary as an individual. I am currently with them right now and I only trust this team. Pivot could not have found better people and the team at Rockville make it worth coming.

Everyone here is so wonderful and kind. My first visit I accidentally went to the Bethesda office but Brandi got me back in at the correct Rockville location right away so I could start treatment. Ellen is great too! Erica is very knowledgable and helped get me started and even provided me with the needed shoe lift. I'm fairly certain Kristen is the sweetest PT I have ever worked with, she is so personable and knowledgable about PT, but her enthusiasm and eagerness to help is truly commendable. I can't say enough good things about Catherine. She is so cool and funny that she instantly makes you feel like she's an old friend; but even better than that is her knowledge base and application of skillset. She is so professional that her dry needling skills are the best I have ever received, and she was willing to do spots other DPTs wouldn't have. I will miss this place and the entire staff.
