        Advisor is good, but this year it wasn't possible to watch the screen as entries were typed. Was told by boss that they are "working diligently" to correct this. If not fixed by next year, I'll go elsewhere.

        Ms. Shakula has minimized the unpleasant task of preparing taxes about as much as could be reasonably expected, managing to reduce my federal payment by withholding some capital gains until 2022 to save me several thousand dollars.
