Best Western Salisbury Plaza

Not what I expected for a Best Western. The rooms were average at best. Rooms were booked in advance and then told they were not available when we arrived. No refund was allowed. It took arguing with the rude employee at the front desk to even get the room we initially booked. They supposedly had to clean it themselves because the person who was supposed to, left early. The only perk was that it was pet friendly.

If I could give zero stars a would. This place looks nothing like on the website first. The workers at the front desk seemed to not know how to do their jobs. It took them about an hour to check me into my room. They have the wrong room. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had. The room was dirty as well. I paid for my room through Expedia and I sure Expedia doesnt what place actually looks like or Best western either for that matter. Please stay somewhere else Rooms: These was dirty and smells Noteworthy details: The room was smelling not fresh
