James was a crucial person in my decision to use him & Bankers Life to help me execute the correct Medicare plan for me. He was knowledgable, courteous and willing to help out in any way that he could to make sure I was understanding the scope of what was available to me. He is always available for questions and will be back during enrollment every year to make sure that I am comfortable with the plan that I have or need to change things up. He also has additional coverages to help fill the gaps that Medicare doesn't cover. You can't go wrong with at least setting up an appointment with him.
