        Did the clear aligners as an adult. Every member of the staff, and Dr Tilghman, that helped me the past year and a half are extremely professional and kind. The building is also kept super clean and my smile looks great!!

        Always courteous and professional. When you search for them on Google and they come up. You can actually chat with them when you have an emergency. As a frantic parent with your child first few weeks with having their braces on is truly a blessing to be able to chat with someone on how to handle the situation. If they can't help then they have the Doctor call you. Piece of mind. Highly recommend!

They work quickly and gently to get treatment done and ensure their patients are comfortable and understand what they should be doing between visits. This is our third family member to get braces, and we wouldn't think to go anywhere else. #TilghmanOrtho #buzzybooth

Our practice has providing the finest care since 2001, conveniently located in both Salisbury and Berlin, MD. We're committed to creating a friendly, comfortable, and fun environment, while providing each patient with a customized treatment plan catered to their specific needs. We offer traditional metal braces, ceramic braces, lingual braces, Invisalign, and Invisalign Teen. For adult patients, we also offer a comprehensive TMJ exam, and sleeping appliances to assist with Sleep Apnea/Snoring.
