        The worst staff I have ever encountered. I had the most terrible experience trying to rent from here. They have no information of literally anything and proceeded to take $70 in application fees when the apartment I was applying for WAS NOT EVEN AVAILABLE. I toured on a Friday, went to put my application in THE SAME NIGHT, but realized the leasing agent was so unhelpful she didnt even give us a unit number to put in the application. Tried to call on Saturday, office closed (they didnt tell us that either.) Sunday, get a phone call by my surprise, theyre open on Sundays now, and they didnt even know we had toured already. Monday comes and we have submitted after calling AGAIN, and get a call from the useless leasing agent saying the unit is no longer available because someone was holding it. We had emphasized that we were literally ready to move the following Wednesday and that we were adamant on speeding up the process, yet the agent did not want to inform us that PEOPLE HAD ALREADY APPLIED AND WERE PLANNING TO HOLD THE UNIT. Overall, worst customer service and a great way to keep people from living here. Gotta love misinformation and lack there of! I will be continuing to contact until I get my money back.

        Looks nice, but the place is infected with Roaches, Crickets, Mice, Rats. When it rains, water comes in apartment thru the walls. Electric problems in the walls as well.

      We are sorry to hear that some of the children in the community were disruptive and made your experience less than pleasant. We always strive to address issues such as these if they are reported to the office. It has been over a year since any issue like the one mentioned above has been reported and we are very optimistic that it will continue to remain a peaceful community for all residents for the long-term future.

      Thank you for your feedback Ms. Hazelwood. We apologize that the home that you were most interested in received a hold while you were in the process of submitting your application. We are unable to hold an apartment for a prospective resident until the application is received, screened, and approved and the hold deposit is paid. In reviewing the guest card it does not appear that all of the necessary steps were completed to take your desired apartment off of the market for other applicants. At this time we have several other apartments that are available and we would be happy to assist you in selecting another home in the community if that is something that still interests you. We would certainly appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
