        This store deserves ZERO stars! Waiting in the parking spot for my mobile order for 20 minutes. Came into the store to find out they dont have anyone working the drive-ups because theyre so damn busy. Why take the damn order online??? Either dont take any mobile orders or cancel the damn thing! I then get to the register to find out its not even ready!!! Been waiting for 10 mins in-store for them to put it together. What a hot mess!

        Imani at the customer service counter (4/6/24 around 9:15 am) had the NASTIEST attitude! She made a simple return the most uncomfortable process. Today I was reminded as to why I dont come to this location.

        Long lines, staff walking around not helping people. One member started to help but then walked away. Another staff member got annoyed I asked her for help and walked away cursing. So disappointing!!
