        My experience was delightful. The entire staff was friendly. After my hearing exam, the doctor explained the degree of my hearing lose. She also explained the types of hearing aids that were available. I purchased in-the-ear bluetooth hearing aids. I have the capability to change the settings to accommodate changes in my environment through an app on my phone. Im so happy that I can now hear things very clearly.

        Very impressed with the professionalism and care provided This was is first hearing aids, and I was concerned if they would provide improvement. After testing I was referred to ENT to have tube placed in left ear. Results major improvement, and with my hearing aids I currently have close to normal balanced hearing in both ears.
