Mike Collins & his team at Colonial are absolutely the exception to the rule. My wife and I started with Mike in early January and we were closed in about 3.5 weeks. The level of communication, work, and professionalism is truly far and above the industry standard. They are without a doubt in a class of their own!! We will be sending all our friends and family to Colonial.

They consistently brought me along my journey with great kindness and gracious guidance as if I were their next of kin in the undertaking of getting a mortgage and then a few years later a refinance for my home. Paul and Renee coached us through the entire process of applying for a home loan, answering our many questions along the way. They were very quick with processing our application. They were also able to accommodate a last-minute request to move the settlement date forward and ensured everything went smoothly on closing day. We would certainly go with them again for our next home purchase.
