Kindly pass this commendation to tho Vango administrator, support staff and driver representative. On Wednesday, March 13, 2023, I had to make a last-minute adjustment in my booking for the Richard Clark Sr, Center and needed a vehicle with a lift. The staff worked tirelessly together to provide my needs very quickly. As a result my needs were met and I arrived at my destination without worries and on time. The driver representative was especially helpful in guiding me on and off the lift, because I indicated that it was the first time my using a lift with a mobility scooter. The worst public transportation service I have ever had the displeasure of using. Many (not all) drivers are consistently late, pass stops when they are running late, drivers are rude, and drivers are not held accountable for any of this. Calling dispatch does not help in fact they hung up on me when I last called and I was having issues with my phone
