        Well this company has saved my butt a few time. Mike came out months ago and was able to get the air out of my line from my well pump and fix my water softener issues ( I installed improperly). Now I was just in need again because my well pump died on one of the coldest days of the year. Brennan and Thomas came out without any complaint of the weather and got everything replaced. Cant say thank you enough for the hard work.

        $$$$ Very Expensive!! SHOP AROUND! ( this is a revised review ) I have used this company and referred them to others and I am grateful to them for the work they've done at my house. Yesterday, though, they charged me $1970.00 for a hot water heater install and minerals ($225. included ) to balance out acidity to the system. When I thought more about the amount I called for an explanation. They did give me a receipt but I was trying to understand their charges; I couldn't've been more chill. I was really looking for peace of mind! I called and spoke with Brandon and he kept saying " you signed for it! ", "you signed for it!" I was actually MORE concerned after speaking with him. He was very defensive. That raised a red flag with me. In my business I WELCOME questions about my charges. I want people to have peace of mind! I said "I know I signed for it I'm simply looking for it to make sense to me and to those whom I recommend." I don't mind paying for service. I don't even like to pay people to work for me at a discount. I am a Realtor and have sent several home sellers their way. When I asked for a breakdown he said "we don't get into that." He wouldn't answer my questions but was answering questions I didn't ask.. So, a HWH is what, $600-$700? So, I can only assume they charged me $900-$1,000 for the install. If that's the market rate, then fine, All he had to say was "that's consistent with the market." The technicians on site were great, though. Needless to say, I lost my confidence in this company.
