I went in for several repairs including a busted windshield that needed immediate resolution. They fixed it right away and didn't even charge me because they said it was such a quick fix. Such kindness! And they seemed very knowledgeable about the other issues.

Every time I visit this location I have a great experience. The managers and mechanics are extremely kind, informative, and detail oriented. Excellent customer service and quality work provided.

Friendly staff and efficient work; everything was all set on short notice, for a busy Friday it was quick to arrange a tire order/replacement. Even though it was busy, Tim and Franco along with other staff members were still able to accommodate my requests and were extremely efficient. It took about ten minutes for the switch of my spare to the new tire. Professional service and reasonable prices, would have been charged just a little more at the Subaru dealership.

I simply went in for an oil change, and they charged me $103 for it, then they proceeded to fully inspect my car without my permission or knowledge, which is probably why they charged me so much. Then they told me that I needed to completely replace my front control arms otherwise I will get hurt then they proceeded to tell me it would cost $1600 for it. Which is double the estimated price. I then called around to a bunch of other mechanic shops, and they all told me it would cost around $750 to fix both of them. They also proceeded to threaten me, saying that I would get into a horrible accident if I didnt get it fixed within 3 months. Do not go here if youre a woman you will get taken advantage of

Do not trust for repairs or diagnostics!!! They try to get you to do unnecessary and costly repairs!!! Brought my car in for an oil change at the location. They did a courtesy multi-point inspection and identified a problem with the front end steering. They sent me a nice online link to the inspection and lovely pictures showing the problem (see added pic). I was offered a quote to repair. I declined as I had an extended warranty at dealership. I brought the car to the dealer. You guessed it .... there is nothing wrong with the car!!! I saved $1000+ on an unnecessary repair. Do not get your service done at this location and do not believe their suggestions for repair. The repair people are either incompetent or the business is trying to steal from their customers. Bottom line, the business is to blame. Added to post: Looking at other reviews online, it appears that the business has several complaints of a similar nature .... recommended unnecessary costly repairs. Definite pattern in deception
