Auto Use

Auto use auto loan has been the worst experience of my life the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service iv ever had in all my life. When I had to make payments every month they were almost impossible to talk to and get in touch with and when I tried to get the buy out price to sell the car they ignored my calls and ignored Carmax calls and wouldnt help us or respond to us at all. Worst company iv ever been apart of and Im glad I got out when I did. Dont use them.

I have used this company on a few different occasions over the years to finance and purchase cars, I've always received great customer service, and received my titles in a timely manner once vehicles were paid off. Great company and they definitely work with you if your going to be a few days late with your car payment .

We had a loan for a Mercedes benz glk350 and the transmission went on it with 5000 left to our loan and less then 100,000 miles on the vehicle. the staff at auto use auto loan Walter smith did everything possible to help us. first they were gonna help pay for the repairs to the vehicle but unfortunately the car had to many issue. then we had limited time to get into a car other places did not want to work with us with out a large down payment but Walter did every single thing possible to get us in to a newer car with similar payments and did it fast. where most of finance institutions would just turn there backs auto use did not they really made a very stressful hard time a blessing our family is beyond grateful to this place and the people who have worked here so lucky to have them as our finance place even for our new car.
