        This company disappears when you need them to help you with the mess they get you in. Randy talked a big game but didn't deliver. Get out while you can especially if they have you involved with EVO Financial!

        The Employee, Randy, Misspoke. He communicated one thing, and another is what took place. I asked, Liz - employee to cancel immediately on March 22nd and again on April 4th. Liz never send me a cancellation form on both occasions. She finally one and it took one week for the company to process the paper. The company then charged me for the time waiting for the form and there processing time. I asked, Randy the VP of Business Development, for refund of the money. His response, Unfortunately nothing we can do. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

      Hi RG, thank you for your comments and feedback, however our records show that you requested to cancel your account in April, Liz sent you the form to to fill out to confirm cancellation. Your account was terminated in April, and since your billing was in arrears, you were charged for it in May.
