We lived at 100 Broadway for nearly 2 years and had a great experience! We moved to the building from out-of-state, site unseen, and feel very fortunate that we stumbled across such an attentive and professional management company. The building was quiet and extremely well-maintained by Dana and his team, and our apartment was reasonably priced for the location and amenities. We ended up having to move out a few months early, and Christa was also very understanding and helpful during our transition out of the building. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Campobasso again in the future!

We lived at Campobasso Properties for 2 years. This was the absolute best experience. We moved there after selling our house and didnt know what to expect - as we hadnt rented in over 35 years. Every aspect of the process was professionally handled and what few issues came up were taken care of immediately. We cant recommend them highly enough.

Campobasso Properties is a fantastic organization. They offer the intimacy of a small residential community with the resources & responsiveness of a large management company. Their rates are exceptionally reasonable, and are dog-friendly to boot. I would highly recommend one of their homes to anyone on the rental market.

DO NOT RENT WITH CAMPOBASSO PROPERTIES! They are the greediest landlord company Ive ever had the history of dealing with. Christa and Teddy are horrible people with zero empathy. If the unfortunate ever happens and you need to end your lease early, they have a Buyout Agreement that forces you to give them two full months advanced notice PLUS and additional two full months in rent. In my case, this amounted to a $5,400 dollar buyout PLUS an additional $2,700 since I was a few days past the beginning of the month notifying them. Here is the kicker to all of this. After less than two weeks of notifying them of the need to vacate the apartment early, they rented out the apartment on the last day I move out for $150 more per month. So to sum it up, they have zero time between my tenancy and the new one, are getting $150 more per month the day after I vacate, and also think they are entitled to keep $5,400 just because they deserve it. Unfortunately, I will be taking them to small claims court due to the unconsionability of the buyout terms. Also, they violate the law by not providing you with the account numbers and information of where your deposit is being held. Please please please heed my advice and do not rent with Campobasso properties. There are plenty of great landlords around Arlington that dont treat you like a piggy bank.
