        We just got off the Main Street Bank video call with Heather A. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get our accounts situated. She was very personable and professional. With a new baby at home and our crazy work schedules, it has been hard to get my husband and I in one spot to do our much needed banking needs. The video chat made it easy to get our banking done in the comfort of our own home during nap time. Thank you so much Heather for all of your help today, gravely appreciated!

        I went in last week to try to get some items for my grandkids collections. Id been to so many banks and found nothing. I went to a teller and told her what I was looking for. Immediately the tellers got to digging out what I wanted, and each sold it to me! No fuss, no muss! The tellers were polite, professional, and cheerful!
