I went to the customer service desk to ask for some help on something the man working behind the counter, seemed annoyed, and didnt want to be there and told me to go to the self-service copier. Terrible customer service.

Experience was amazing. I struggled the previous time I came in for prints for work and the associate was not helpful and made me feel unintelligent.... I am not tech savvy. I decided to give it one more chance. I was greeted by a very welcoming woman named Isabel. She was phenomenal!!! Walked me through everything and told me if I had any troubles to come right in and she would help me. Amazing customer service and didn't make me feel stupid. Isabel saved Staples. I will now be back because of how well she took care of my needs.

Very helpful staff that corrected a wrong price at the register and helped me print a label for a UPS package. Easy and efficient.

The cashier was slow & didnt seem to know what to do. Not only were there no bags, there wasnt any paper for receipt. Was very disappointed. Will not shop this store again.
