Centraal Cycle

I brought in an older mountain bike hoping to get a few things fixed so I can get back on the bike this season. From the first phone call to the day I picked it up, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. After I dropped the bike off, they called to let me know what parts were needed and some other items they felt needed to be addressed. The customer service at Centraal Cycle outshines the other shops Ive been to by a long shot! Looking forward to working with them again.

Bikes are my weakness. I was a bike mechanic in my younger years and still enjoy geeking out over my bikes so I do most of my own maintenance. When it gets really technical or time intensive (e.g. suspension internals), they go to Marc. I was lucky enough to find Marc when hunting for a Santa Cruz and he's become the only shop I'll let near them, even though I live an hour away. When I bent a derailleur hanger, I took it to another Santa Cruz shop out of necessity and after they helped, I still couldn't get the bike 100% sorted. I brought it to Marc and he knew right away that there were multiple derailleur hangers for the Hightower and they sold me the wrong one, proving, yet again, that nobody knows the SC line better. For comparative purposes, part of me wishes Centraal carried Yeti in addition to SC... most of me is glad they don't. N+1. Cheers

These guys fixed a dished rear wheel just in time for me to leave for my charity ride. Awesome service and deep knowledge of bikes and cycling. This is now my go-to LBS.

Just stopped in for new training wheels for my kids bike. They were busy but the owner stopped to fix a problem he found with the top bracket or a post or whatever its called, found me the training wheels, and sent me on my way. Great experience.
